Wharfedale is the British heavyweight champion of value-for-money loudspeakers. Every single component, from woofer cone to cabinet, is both designed and built in-house. This creates unparalleled quality control while maintaining the lowest possible price. And with a range that extends from entry-level to extreme luxury, Wharfedale has a specific loudspeaker to suit you – anywhere along your audio journey.

CC’s are all about home theatre. Rich vocal texture and significantly improved vocal clarity are the characteristics of center channel speakers. Ever suffered the pains of volume yo-yo during a film? With a center channel, you’ll never touch the remote to turn down more dynamic movie moments and never miss another word of dialogue

THE HEART OF THE STORY

Heritage Centre is the missing piece of your cinematic puzzle, finally bringing Wharfedale's legendary natural musicality to the big screen. Tuned by Peter Comeau, this bespoke 3-way masterpiece delivers full-bodied authority, making you the movie-night recipient of every whispered secret, every soul-stirring cinematic score.

WHARFEDALE HERITAGE CENTRE

This high-output, 3-way centre speaker features a dedicated 2-inch (50mm) midrange, 1-inch (25mm) tweeter, and dual 6.5-inch (165mm) Kevlar woofers. Its massive 26.8-litre cabinet and 106dB peak SPL carry the raw emotion of movie scores, ensuring your home cinema experience never plays small.

JOIN THE FAMILY

Voiced to match both LINTON and DENTON, Heritage Centre ensures a seamless tonal signature across your entire system. Discontinuity disappears into a cohesive soundstage, allowing you to follow the metallic shimmer of a coin as it spins across a hard timber floor.

READ MY LIPS

A dedicated 2-inch (50mm) soft dome midrange driver isolates voices from the heavy lift of bass units, so that you never miss a whispered confession. With every mid-band detail resolved with absolute precision, dialogue cuts through even the heaviest action.

THE MASTER'S TOUCH

Director of Acoustic Research Peter Comeau hand-tuned the crossovers at 900Hz and 2.7kHz to ensure Heritage Centre anchors every word to the screen. So you’ll hear the grit in a hero's whispered warning as clearly as the gravel crunching under a villain’s boot.

OLD SCHOOL COOL

Surround yourself with the warmth of high-fidelity history through hand-finished wood veneers and authentic gold badges. Heritage Centre celebrates the tactile soul of traditional craftsmanship, perfectly matching the black oak, mahogany, and walnut finishes of both LINTON and DENTON.

NEVER BREAK A SWEAT

90dB efficiency turns every watt into pure entertainment, allowing your amplifier to breathe easy even as the action reaches fever pitch. All that headroom ensures that during those high-speed chases you’ll hear every single shard of glass hit the pavement.

GOING DEEP

47Hz of deep bass extension gives cinematic effects true body without relying on a subwoofer, so you feel the weight of the story. Where others centres sound thin, Heritage Centre can deliver the haunting, low-frequency rumble of a pipe organ filling a stone cathedral.

KICKING THE COMPETITION

Feel your heartbeat accelerate thanks to dual 6.5-inch (165mm) woven Kevlar woofers, engineered to react instantly and stop on a dime. This rigid strength eliminates the blur of lesser materials, ensuring every cinematic explosion kicks you squarely in the chest.

NO SHRINKING VIOLET

Heritage Centre refuses to play small, measuring a substantial 250 x 550 x 320mm (HxWxD) to mirror the scale of its Heritage brethren. This massive 26.8-litre enclosure carries the raw emotion of movie scores, so that you can almost feel the cello bow bite into each string.
