Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd ships to almost any address in Australia. However, some remote shipping destinations are restricted and sales to such areas are invalid. Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd provides a flat shipping rate of $10AUD to all non-restricted destinations within Australia on all orders above $150AUD.
For all invalid shipping destinations, Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd will contact the customer within 1 business day, whereby alternate shipping arrangements can be agreed to by both parties. Should you decline any additional shipping expenses or alternative shipping arrangements cannot be made, Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd will happily refund your purchase.
Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd does not ship outside Australia, nor do we ship to PO Boxes. Please note that shipping restrictions do apply to some products. Please contact Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd if you are uncertain about any applicable shipping conditions pertaining to your order.
HOW IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Order processing at Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd is subject to one business day and the stock availability of your purchase. Though unlikely, should for any reason your order be out of stock at the time of purchase, you will be contact by Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd the following business day. Audio Visual Revolution customers are entitled to a full refund should they not wish to wait for out-of-stock items to arrive in the country. Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd business days are between 9am and 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed nor are they shipped on weekends or public holidays (Sydney).
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd uses variety of courier companies to deliver orders, Australia wide. Shipping speed and deliver times vary between couriers and shipping locations. Therefore, shipping time is subject to the estimations provided by your courier. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with the courier’s corresponding web address and tracking details.
Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged packages either purchased on-line or by phone order. We do not accept responsibility for delays as a result of courier error or if you or someone nominated by you is not available to accept the goods.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd customers are advised to call our office before organising returned items. Local service agents or quicker, better solutions may be achieved by Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd staff members. You may return goods for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 7 days. However, in cases of exchange, an approval by Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd staff is necessary before any change of heart can be processed. No exchanges will be authorised after 7 days.
All merchandise purchased from Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd is sold in its original factory packaging – with varying exceptions for refurbished products – with all contents as supplied by the manufacturer. Merchandise can only be returned in original manufacturer's packaging, in the same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and warranty cards.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse the product return.

Terms of Agreement for Returns
1.1 You cannot cancel or change any order unless we agree. We will dispatch the goods to the delivery address that you specified in our order form.
1.2 You may be able to return physical goods to us under the following returns policy. Acceptance of returns will be entirely at our discretion. We do not, for example, generally accept “change of mind returns". We will not consider exercising that discretion unless:
(a) You first request a return from us in writing within 7 days of the date you took delivery from us, and we issue you a returns authorisation number (each a “RAN”);
(b) You return the goods to us within 7 days of the date we issue you a RAN;
(c) The goods are un-damaged, unsoiled and contained within the original packaging;
(d) You supply with the returned goods the RAN, the original order or receipt number and date of order; and
(e) You meet all costs of freight of the return.
1.3 If we agree to swap over a product, you will incur a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the sale price, which you must pay before we dispatch the replacement goods.
1.4 If any goods are the subject of a product recall then we will post a notice on the Website, and such goods are approved for return according to the notice we post. We can also (but are not obliged to) contact the person nominated in the contact field of your order form, to notify them of any recall.
