To redeem the offer, customers must visit https://www.avrevolution.com.au/pages/register-your-warranty and complete their product warranty registration. No separate claim form is required for this promotion. A valid receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promoter is Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd of 30/398 The Boulevarde, Kirrawee, NSW, 2232 ABN 59 130 482 914 and its agents and resellers in the promotion, including their officers, employees and agents (collectively called the “promoter”). No correspondence received concerning this promotion will be entered.
  3. The promotion commences at 12:01am on the start date and closes at 11:59pm AEST on the final day of promotion (see promotional period dates above). Warranty Registration forms must be submitted within 14 days of the end date of promotion. Submissions received after 21/12/2025 will not be processed.
  4. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply: “purchase” means order placed and paid in full to Audio Visual Revolution Pty Ltd or its authorised agents and resellers. Purchase does not include:
    • Orders where a balance of payment has not been received
    • Purchases made from any unauthorised sales agent or seller
  5. Customers are eligible to claim multiple Cash Back offers for models 3, 33, or 303 amplifiers, provided all items are purchased in a single transaction on one tax invoice. For example, if a customer purchases a 33 preamplifier with a pair of 303 amplifiers in a single transaction, they are eligible to claim 3 × $300 = $900.
  6. Upon submission of a claim through the warranty registration process, an acknowledgment of receipt will be emailed to the claimant, and the claimant will be notified by email regarding the approval status of the claim.
  7. Only one claim per customer will be accepted.
  8. Customers will receive their Digital Visa Card by email one day after the submission period ends, or on December 22, 2025. The Digital Visa Card is subject to the issuer’s Terms and Conditions.
  9. The Digital Visa card will expire within one year from the date it is received. Digital Visa cards can be used to purchase goods wherever Visa is accepted; however, they cannot be used to withdraw cash.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these conditions.
  11. Offer only applies to new customer purchases made within the promotional period.
  12. The Cash Back Digital Visa Card offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  13. If circumstances result in the promoter not being reasonably able to complete the promotion, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
  14. The promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the promoter.
  15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees, agents and resellers) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
    • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoter’s control)
    • any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference
    • any claim or gift that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter
    • any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions
    • any tax liability incurred by a claimant
  16. By participating in the promotion and opting in at the point of product registration, each claimant also acknowledges that a further purpose for collection of the claimant’s personal information by the promoter is to enable the promoter to gain a better understanding of the claimant’s requirements in order for the promoter to provide the claimant with better and more personalised information suited to the claimant’s needs, including sending the claimant personalised messages about special offers and invitations. If a claimant opts in to receiving direct marketing communications, from time to time, the promoter may use the claimant’s personal information to promote other services and products to the claimant which the promoter considers may be of interest to the claimant. A claimant may be contacted by telephone, email, SMS, mail, social media and other digital channels. A claimant may notify the promoter at any time that it no longer wishes to receive any of these marketing communications and opt out of receiving the same by responding via the channel in which the claimant received the marketing communication or by contacting the promoter directly.
